The one-time $1,499 onboarding fee covers account configuration, platform setup, and a guided onboarding walkthrough. It applies to new accounts not transitioning from a managed SVS plan.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts on Search Soar platform access. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Note that cancellation ends your platform access. Data, automations, and configurations tied to the platform will no longer be accessible.

Yes. The Aero pixel works on any website that accepts a script tag, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, custom HTML, and any other CMS or website builder that allows custom code. On WordPress, the integration goes deeper: approved SEO actions can deploy directly to your site's backend via REST API with no manual steps. On all other platforms, Aero handles all analysis, tracking, and recommendations, you implement the suggested changes yourself or with your developer.

Automation of deployment is WordPress-specific. On WordPress, approved changes push directly to your site's backend via REST API. We walk you through the process during onboarding so you know exactly what to expect.

When you sign up for Search Soar, we do not hand you a login and disappear. The onboarding process includes full account configuration, pixel installation, keyword strategy setup, and a guided walkthrough of your dashboard and action queue. You leave the onboarding call knowing exactly how to use the platform. The one-time onboarding fee covers this work. If you are transitioning from a managed SVS plan, your foundation is already built, you qualify for a reduced onboarding fee that focuses on training and self-management orientation rather than starting from scratch.

All tiers include email support. Soar Pro includes priority email support. We're building a knowledge base and FAQ system. Support tickets are being tracked to build that resource.

No, as long as you transition to a Search Soar platform tier that includes Soar Portal access (Soar Pro). If you downgrade to a tier without Soar Portal, that access ends.

No. SVS clients transitioning to self-managed access qualify for a reduced onboarding fee. Your account is already configured, your pixel is already installed, and your keyword set is already established. The reduced fee covers a training session focused on self-management, how to review your action queue, approve recommendations, interpret your reports, and get the most out of the platform going forward. You are not starting over. You are taking the wheel.
